Dependants Of Happiness
Happiness is a feeling of self-satisfaction obtained when a good deed has happened. Basing your happiness upon others might bring sadness rather than happiness. The world has sad stories that occur daily in people’s lives. Those in hospitals are ailing, some have lost loved ones or are undergoing frustration. If your happiness is to be based on them, then there is a likelihood not to become happy. Your happiness is affected by close friends or family members and those that you have a close connection with. Whenever a member of your family is sick, there will be no happiness or when a close friend passes away, no happiness will be found.
For you to be happy, loving yourself is important before sharing out the love. Loving yourself will lead to self-appreciation in every achievement or goal attained. Self-love helps in creating high self-esteem and believing in yourself. However much you may be discouraged, you cannot give up because you know the capability you have. Loving yourself brings happiness to you without depending on how much the surrounding people appreciate you. It builds a high spirit in you which will enable you to navigate in all aspects of life and the duties assigned to you without grumbling.
Allowing yourself to share love is important in creating happiness in you. Whenever an act is done without the feeling of having been forced to do it, the heart becomes satisfied and willing to do more good. It is through doing good deeds willingly that happiness is generated from within. An activity done in a forceful situation may not be done correctly or in the best way. By being forced to do anything that’s not in your will, the heart becomes heavy and anger is derived from the inside. Being angry cannot bring happiness, it rather brings sadness because of the pain felt.
Connect with other people to see the impact they have on your happiness. Whenever happy people meet, the mood of that place will be good and happiness will be all over. When a friend joins in doing good deeds willingly to support others, natural joy comes from the heart. Connecting with people helps to build relationships that bring out the best from people. Sharing love makes others happy, which will make them more likely to want to associate with you. Happiness is created, not achieved as it may be thought and through sharing it, joy is discovered.
